Hello, all.

I'm getting together a little shindig for the spring/early summer of 2007. A longboard cruise down the Monon Trail in Indianapolis, IN.

The Monon is approx. 15 miles long, the full length. We'll be skating approx. 10 miles of it. Very, very shallow gradient (drops 500 ft over 8 miles), not too much pushing involved here. Trail is newly paved (9.5 out of a possible 10), and runs through some of the more scenic parts of the city. Rendesvous in Carmel, roll the trail, do lunch somewhere, bus back to rendesvous point, fun for everyone.

The Skategeezers Local 317 longboard/skateboard club is organizing this event. We're nerds, and proud of it.
