I don't know... How about just having your mom saying she gives her permission for you to race at Maryhill Festival of Speed and have it notarized? Or something along those lines?
Tomorrow i leave for maryhill and im competing in the Juniors. My mom has to sign it and have it notarized but i cant find any find of wavier forms
Does anyone have any help with this? do they have the PFD perhaps?
Did you check the IGSA site? They may have a form there... Failing that you might be able to get a generic waiver form from one of the business office supply stores (there's a stationary store in Tigard by Lab 33 that sells individual forms for just about everything you can think of). She could probably sign that in front of a notary.
