Just so you know I got to chat with the older skaters in their 40~50's and they were chill as hell, as was everyone else. It was an "all ages, all gender" event. Lil kids and their parents watching, 12 year olds skating, young, old, male, female...

You work in NYC in an office I'm going to presume, how ridiculous can the work be????

I dig 200-500 foot long trench's 5 feet deep everyday to install natural gas line's with only a shovel, I make 60,000+ a year.
Not only is it physically demanding but the mental stress of working with live gas line's that can blow up entire neighborhood's ending not only my life but 1,000's of unsuspecting people around me.
Yet I still find time to skate, and use this website, because I like to skate with people rather than all alone by myself.

You know if I only skated alone all the time I'd be the fastest most awsome best person I've ever skated with too....

I just don't enjoy reading negitive comments towards my friends coming from someone that is an internet ghost.
It's just kinda lame.

The older guys were awesome but they kept mentioning their age getting to them...knee, back problems etc...you should enjoy it while your body allows you to.

I took 3 or 4 weeks off of school a year for skating. When I was street skating last year I took about 6 classes off a day to go hit up the mini ramp.
