The Fifth event of the Street-Missile Racing Series went off without a hich last Saturday.
Freddy's races are in Jam format most of the time (Munnsville as an exception), You can't race the same dude twice. and you have to reach a certain numer of runs before your day is done.
If you get first you mark yourself down for one point on the score sheet at the bottom of the hill. if you get second, you mark 2, and so on and so forth. The riders with the lowest point score move onto finals. Its like golf...but this is actually REALLY fun!
You may have heard of other races like LaSource Attack, Howard Attack and ZigZag Attack earlier this season. Last weekend's Shak Attack was one to remember! Its Head to Head racing for all levels with four sweepers and one Crash Corner that starts with dropping off a sidewalk!
Freddy's races aren't about bringing the best riders from all around the world to race, but about spreading the stoke & getting the local groms hooked while they are young!
He's really keeping the sport alive in the North East, especially with free registration if you get a new rider to sign up to race! How cool is that?
Some Podium Shots; Street-Missile's Podium is Freddy's Pick up Box
One last thing, if you want to race at the next upcoming Street-Missile Race
Its the 3rd Annual Mac Attack on October 19th right after our 1st Annual Cross-town Pushrace on the 18th. This weekend will be back with Speed and Endurance and most likely a Slidefest Non-Test on Friday the 17th
damn, i wish I had heard about this..... sounds like a fun time.
I wish i could make it to the montreal push race but the mac attack... if i find some people who will go I might drive up just saturday evening for that.
aj- you coming to the bomb? if so, hit me up either here or on facebook with your schedule, I've got some hills we need to skate.

Riding different terrain and with other skaters will make you a better/faster skater than dropping a grand on a toy." - Mile High Mark

Nice friendly race... but still pretty technical! The guys threw a nasty huge Westmount session afterwards! Wish I could have beaten Niko... still not bad for an old guy! Cant't wait to kick asses at the Push Race and Mac Attack in a few weeks!

You, Mason and Wells gotta tell me what you want on your pizza pie, or some witty coment to put next to your name on the list of riders.
Sorry for posting off topic, but this is the only way I know how to get a hold of somebody at kebbek, AJ could you please empty the phone mailbox at kebbek, THX!!!
I'm having some issues with my Nico and I wil like to talk to Ian.
