Word to the wise about Prolongboards.com

Basically, I ordered a GFH Pigme in time for my brothers bday, but it arrived hella late anyway, so i missed his bday.

Then, when I took the grip off to re-grip it with a sexy custom design, I noticed there were cracks running all the way down it. So I sent him an email basically asking for a new one in exchange for this damaged one, and he didnt reply.

I sent like 5 emails all asking him to give me a goddamn refund or exchange but he wouldnt.

I thought this was pretty weird, because when i asked him about buying it, like postage and stuff, he always replied within the hour.

So I sent him an email from a different address, asking if I could buy two highly expensive Rayne Avengers, and he replied pretty much straight away, still without replying to my original mails asking for a refund.

My conculsion - CON ARTIST! So don't freakin buy from him unless its absolutely neccesary. Please spread the word about this too, and tell your friends not to buy from him etc.

Rich mate, if you're out there reading this, all I can say is you brought it upon yourself by being so damn slippery.

Another word to the wise on ProLongboards.

Rich has now apologised to me, which I think is pretty darn admirable, because he could have (wrongfully) flown off the handle at me for posting my experience about the site, but he didn't, he instead chose to go down the redemption path.

Anyway, I accept his apology, no point in holding grudges, and to be honest he's a pretty nice guy. I honestly can't see him doing something like this again, he does seem quite truthfully regretful and apologetic about this whole thing.

So it's all good! Yay ProLongboards!
