    for some reason I thought you said heavy... I think the remedy might be a little bulkier than the drop, but I like mine.

    Once I get my remedy... Where do I get a tinted shield thats thin enough to slip on the inside of the foam in the helmet?

    1. find polycarbonate at a hobby store, or online
    2. cut to fit with scissors
    3. apply car window tint
    4. ?????

    yes the construction of the helmet will remain the same, since the pics i'm posting are of simple prototype shells, thats why they are painted a simple off-white color.


    please read this thread from start to finish, then all your questions will be answered, how much its gonna cost, how i'm involved with the project and so on.
