you might try reporting it to paypal... saying the item recieved was not as described or wrong item sent. This may cause them a little more concern than emails from you.

I dont think you should settle for anything less than what you ordered. Try to keep contacting them and see if they will cover your shipping because its their fault

i have a similar story with the same exact website. its soulboards.com, NOT soulboard.com.

about two years ago they had an ad for a FREE longboard. of course i called em up and the guy turned out to be about 30 minutes from my house. the catch was, theyd assemble the board for 50$ and thats the only way theyd make money. my dad got on the phone and asked them millions of questions, because my dad had been scammed and lost 5000$ that same year. he told me it was pretty much a bullshit sell. the next day the "FREE longboard" ad was gone.

they had a Rayne timeline for sell once but they called it some stupid name.

i dont trust em at all. although i have looked at boards from them many times, i would never spend money with these ****ers unless i met the guy face to face

I second trying to go through paypal. A lot of people don't listen to young people (even at 19 I experience this, but all the time when I was 15 or 16)

I would like to see the pics of what they sent. The randals don't say "randal" they say "CA" and "180." Not sure about what wheels you got, a pic would help. If you got cahrged for upgraded wheels, paypl can withhold difference for you.

I got scammed last year by another company and I filed a dispute and got my money back.

Can you look on the other side of the hager? On the outside, they say 180. On the inside, they say "CA." many people flip the hangers to tweak setup. Un foto, por favor.

Looks like a fun deck. I like the shape. Personally, I would set it up with a bennett 6.0 truck in front, wedged 10* and a randal or paris 150mm or seismic 155mm in rear. With a 32" WB and the width in the nose, that board would pump great with the aforementioned setup.

when i was first looking for a board i came across that site but was lucky enough not to trust them.

I too think paypal is your best bet if you still want your money back... good luck man!
