Anyone in here have had a bad experience in buying from stokedskateboard before? Please help me with this. I ordered my loaded dervish from here 3 weeks ago and already paid for it( $308 ). I lived only 8 hours away from them so I don't really know what's taken so long. Also, I still don't get the tracking number or any contacts from them except the email to confirm my order. I have sent 3 emails to them and got only one email back that said "I apologize for the wait bro. We have been pretty busy with the switch over to the new site and all. I will look into this tomorrow and hit you up. Thanks!" -David. This email was from a week ago. I didn't get a phone called back from them or email. So, I sent another email to them but no answer again. Yesterday in the morning, I called them. They asked me my order number and told me that they couldn't connect to the internet so I told them it's fine just call me back about my order status at evening. They didn't call me back so I called them but no answer again. Today, I have been trying to call them since morning but no one answers me. I spoke with him really polite and didn't even complain like I said on here because I hope I still could get my order. Now, I am really pissed at them and still waiting. I never complain anyone like this before. So what can I do with this situation? I have to go to Japan next week. And, I really want to get my board.

they just reconstructed their site, so all orders were held until the product was finished, now that they are done it should get there quick. they are cool dudes

this happened to me on daddies board shop,i ordered some bushings,and waited a day for the conformation email and i never got it so i ordered againg and it turns out that the order didn't go through.??

yeah, this has happened to me before. 5 weeks ago i ordered an RTS and a Bennett. apparently the bennett was out of stock and they only shipped me the Tracker, but then Charged me for the Shipping for both truck in the first shipment. that sort of bound me to get the bennett from them, as i already paid for the shipping. they said that they were getting in a shipment. Bennett miss shipped and didnt deliver my truck to stoked... and then the emails were silent. i emailed to cancel my order...then i got several reassuring emails that the bennetts would ship the next week. so i held on. nothing. so i emailed again. they apologized and then shipped it. got here in two days after they shipped it, but 5 weeks after the initial order. i ordered before the site even was going down. all they did to reconcile me was pack it with three big khrio stickers, two loaded (i have no idea what to do with those as i dont use loaded boards) and three Stoked stickers. i dont think i will be ordering anything from them for a hile. my money is hard to come by, and so... i have to be selective on who i deiced to give it to. MHS it is..

while i do admit they are nice, this ordeal was the most problematic internet purchase i have ever had. i had a complete lack of info coming my way on the real ETA of the truck.

Stoked tends to say stuff is in stock when they're not, so it could take weeks to get your order. Thumbs down.

This isn't the case anymore. When you try to order something that is out of stock it tells you that it will be back ordered before purchase.

OP/Austin - I will get with David today and figure out what's up. I know that orders are behind due to the site migration. I will make sure it gets dealt with. Hit me up personally on PM and I will make sure that you get taken care of.

I appreciate folks bearing with us. We are going through operational changes with the new site. Not to mention that vendors are slow to ship lately. But we are going to be back in the swing here pretty soon.

stoked is a great website they have always been good to me, my order was a little late so i shot them an email, they said "we ran out of the wheels on your complete" they upgraded my wheels for free and i got my board shortly after =) stoked will right their wrongs they are good guys

do you know why there is an increased shipping price? you guys used to be the only affordable o/s company that shipped to Australia but the price to send a deck went from like 40US to 80US overnight with your website change.

Please figure out a cheaper way to ship!

I just got email from David and he told me that it was held up because of the reds bearings. I really apologize for the posting. It was my fault that I didn't read the policy at the time of my order. David is still cool as I email him at the first. Also, thank you to Camel for making this problem going well.

Update. David just emailed me. He said it will ship tomorrow. And, the pretty cool thing is that he will give me a free Blintin Bearings. I am sorry for what I've said in the past. As nokeboarder said, "stoked will right their wrongs". I will definitely buy from stoked again.
