I finally got a chance to ride it today and I have to say its crazy fun. The rocker makes it super turny even though I de-wedged the rear truck 5 degrees. A very long time ago I had a rockered Hobie that it kind of reminds me of a little bit, but the paint job on this one is much much cooler.

Its a 106 RT-X in front and an RT-S in the rear. I pulled them off a slalom board and
I'm saving my pennies for some GOGs. If the dollar keeps getting stronger against
the euro maybe I won't need so many pennies.

I've always enjoyed the 106mm RTX/RTS combo.
It fits so many mid sized decks very well.

I now have a Bennett 4.3/Airflow om Randal DH plate setup thats looking for a Chico.

Well congratulations Austin. You have successfully ripped me off. Because I ordered my board nearly five months ago I can't file a dispute with paypal. So, you've just stolen $80 from me and there is absolutely nothing I can do. Great way to treat people, thanks a lot man.

He hasn't ripped you off...ripping you off would be him NOT making your board at all. Maybe you should email him or PM him instead. Just an idea

. What board did you order? Was it a custom? I'm sure if you talk to him he will try to resolve the issue - Austin isn't a dick, he's a nice person.

Wow, alright you win. I thought it was getting bad and I just passed 4 months. If you're still a month ahead of me, that's no good.

I'm not saying the dude's a bad person or anything. I know the board will show up one day, we just have to accept we were seriously mislead about wait times. He probably just unknowingly bit off a bit more than he could chew.

I've pm'ed him quite a bit. I asked for a refund after my board didn't come for three months and he said it wouldn't be a problem. That was about a month and a half - two months ago. We've pm'ed back and forth and he has promised me a refund on three separate dates, obviously, none of which came. Now he hasn't responded to my latest PM, but it doesn't matter, It would just be some B.S. about how he'll have the money on such-and-such date and to just hang tight, and then that date would pass without any money, or any messages.

Yes I did. I'm still trying to rectify the situation with everyone. As everyone I've talked to knows that it seems like one excuse after another from me which I understand. The fact is all the excuses are true albeit not really what anyone wants to here and I understand. Every date I've set to ship, refund ect with everyone seems to get pushed farther and farther back and I'm super frustrated right now and feel horrible for everyone waiting. Just when I seem to get a handle on things another one of life's thugs hits me with a bat. I've tried several ways to get money for the couple of people I owe refunds to.
This is not a copout just the Gods honest truth. Things have been rough and getting worse. I try to keep a good outlook and keep Arcane going.
I'm not hiding or running away from my responsibilities, I'm here and will continue to be here until I get everyone what they ordered and rightfully deserve. After that we'll see if I can continue.

Good luck man. I got hit by one of those life thugs recently too. Just think it's over (or almost), and time to get back on track.

TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE WAITING FOR THEIR BOARDS AND ARE OTHERWISE UPSET WITH AUSTIN:

i'll try not to be as much of a douche bag as last time, BUT........Austin makes a great board, and they take time. Talk to Petary791, he knows about waiting for decks, and he ALSO knows how sweet they are. His board took a LONG time to come, but he was absolutely stoked about it when he got it. I'm waiting on a couple boards as well and i'm going to stop PM'ing austin about them because obviously i am the least of his worries. you will get your decks, don't worry, and don't hassle a great board maker. Sorry if that came out harsh, i didn't mean it to be.

oh and if you want to talk about holding money hostage, order an insect today and three years from now you will have your board.
