Arcane Boards Info and Updates

Sorry, but please don't preach to anyone who is discontent with the whole situation. Don't tell people to stop trying to PM Austin about their boards - its their right as customers. I just dislike it when people try to tell other people how they should be acting in a certain situation, especially actions which have no consequence on you. I understand your motives are generally good, but please stop...

I got my board 3 months after I was supposed to. The board is sick but I understand what your going through with your expectations. Austin is a good guy its just hard to be patient when pms or emails are not responded to. My board was completely worth the wait and I hope yours are too if you dont ask for a refund.

PS- no one likes it when other people police threads. You have no right to respond to anyones disdain for the situation, especially after a 5 month waiting time. What is going on is between arcane and the customers, and anyone i have seen sticking up for arcane seems to be making the situation worse. Not saying that you aren't right about his situation, because yes life sometimes throws bumps at you. Just saying its not your place, and austin has responded to those people without your intervention on his behalf.

you are aware this is an open forum. If you're going to complain openly in a thread, other people are going to butt in. That's nature's law. That's why you can PM or E-mail.
It's like calling someone out in the middle of a bar, club, class, wherever and not expecting his friends(or random people) from throwing a b**ch fit in his defense or in your defense.
Even though no1 SHOULD interfere with your affairs. If you're going to publicize it then they will put in their unwanted or wanted(if they agree with you) 2 cents

my sis just got hers today--haha a surprise to both of us! she's thrilled with it. it looks great! thanks for making a good product and for coming thru, even with all the hardships you've faced. no disappointment here!

plus it is just a little bit more special when you've waited this long and almost forgot about it...
