I bough a Rayne Hustler in the beginning of May. Before buying it, I was aware of the possibility of getting some cracks in my cut outs. Unfortunately after a month of use of the board, these cracks appeared around the front cut outs in my deck. I was extremely upset, even though I knew that this might happen. I decided to contact Rayne by email to see what they would do for me. Lucky, I got a hold of a very helpful person, Graham Buksa, who sent me the warranty information and instructed me to send my deck in as soon as possible.
The Rayne Hustler was my first purchase of a brand new deck and I am extremely happy with the way that Rayne took care of the situation. I send in the deck to Rayne and they had sent one back to me right away, even though we have a holiday this week in Canada. Now It is just a waiting game to get my new deck and continue to shred.
I decided to write this thread to acknowledge the great customer service which I have received from Rayne. I never expected the board manufacturers to provide such great service because they appear to be small companies, but I was wrong.
