yesterday i was crusing the street right out side my house and saw my cat on the outher side of the street down the way and it waits for me to get close and runs across the street and i panic and try to run it out (i was going like 15) and i trip on my own feet and eat sh!t

We were both going too quickly for me to be able to get a good look at whatever it was. Had to have been either a gray squirrel or some sort of cat. Definitely a hairy mammal the size of a small dog. I was in a great trail in a forest in northern california about 50 or 60 miles away from Reno. It ran onto the path and tried to cross in front of me. It wasn't fast enough and it didn't realize that until it got about 2.5 inches away from the front of my board. Scared the bejesus outta me.
