SOME of these guys on bikes run their mouths huge, and because they're moving think they're safe. Getting checked like that will make him think twice before pulling another drive by snipe. This is good.
That said, yeah, Seattle bicyclists (couriers particularly) are a different breed. Might just have to work a little harder to convey your sentiments.

Getting checked by a motorcycle when you are on a bike (or skateboard) is never good. It can permanently alter or end the life of the guy you're "giving a lesson" to.

Nothing justifies the road-rage and road-aggression bullshit.

My cousin's career depended on his physical strength and swimming expertise, and it all ended in his mid-20's when he was "nudged" on his bike by a inattentive SUV driver. That was deemed an accident.

Make it intentional, then justify putting a guy in a hospital-- or worse-- just from some dick-wagging verbal exchange?
