Other Planet Looking for a Logo!

Yeah, so I was asked if I had any ideas for a logo...

I said what I usually say when someone asks me a question like that.
"I'll ask the fish"

So If anybody would like to scribble down any ideas...
Post pictures, Whatever!

I'll be giving out rep to anyone who posts anything.


This is something that SeanML has already made for us, to get you all thinking.


And Im not nessisarily looking for professional looking stuff.
Im looking to generate some really Crazy ideas!

We're an up and coming company, developing unconventional trucks.

try rodgon but that first one looked really good
are you the guys that do the trucks with the rubber band things? i think i saw you on vimeo. if you could find a way to take those bands out of the equation and make it a bit more solid by using something like springs it would be a lot better

We have started testing prototypes with that exact idea. But ive said it once and ill say it again, The band are cheap and for the most part unnecessary, they only add a little resistance and comfort for the rider.

OK everybody!!!! So now this is a competition. Whoever submits the design that we take and use as our Logo will receive a pair of our trucks! This should be some motivation to get those sketches in ASAP. An for a little more stress ( and that we want this done soon) There will be a submission deadline of Friday November 13, this gives you all a week. There is no limit to submissions, multiples are encouraged. OK get out there and Design!!!!

Haha that wasn't really intended to be a wheel, more like an orbital pattern of planets or something, but w/e.

this will kind of decide our color so go crazy, preferably keep it at a max of 3 colors(for printing purposes)
and we may tweak color in the final chosen product

Hehe, i've got about 200 sketches done of logos for a class. They're much more abstract than the entries submitted so far, since I'm no illustrator.

I'm going to figure out what I think works best for you guys, any more info we can get on your company and your vision?

Yeah, just search "other planet skate" on Youtube. You'll find lots of fun stuff.
