Instead of buying a new complete why not just invest in a new set of trucks? Those boards were designed around the Lush truck which goes for about 60quid on faltownskateboards.com .
Randals is also a great option, a bit more versatile than the previous mentioned truck when it comes to speed.

Don't buy off-brand trucks, support quality products.

Also, the deck I have has a bit of wear and 2 bolts missing. But where they are missing, and around the bolt area, it looks a bit black and worn.

How are the Kilima decks? Do they last a long time?

That deck is made well.. how long it lasts is up to how it is treated. The discoloration on the holes is normal and you can easily get new bolts to replace the missing ones at a hardware store #10/24tpi.

The trucks are so loose though. I tried tightening them up with the kingpin (if thats right) but they don't seems to help atall.

How much major difference would different bushings on my Exkates make? I have the black ones on them

honestly man, i started with revenge trucks which are very similar to your trucks.

do yourself a favor, bite the bullet, and get a set of randal style trucks.

torsion trucks are garbage IMO, no amount of tinkering will reduce the suck.

Just seen on the UK lush forum a kilima board, with randall 180s for £50 !! It was mint condition too.

I paid that for mine...mugged off much
