    Default Risers

Do risers add stability when doing downhill or would a board without risers be more stable?

Wedge risers will "affect staibility" depending on wither you use them to de wedge or wedge you trucks.

the higher you are above the trucks, the more leverage you have over them (making them more turny).

Huge risers won't help your downhill setup, but as long as they're around a quarter inch or less you'll be fine.

Yes, n if ur wondering about the different ways u can dewedge n wedge or what that is, there is a good chart on this site somewhere that u could find with a search that will tell u everything u would want to know way better than anyone could explain it in words.

You won't be able to notice stability issues with risers methinks.
