a friend of mine is riding a sector 9 bamboo and we noticed his hardware is really starting to sink into the top of that board....far more than I have seen on a wood board...is it nuts for him to be thinking about washers or is there another solution?

I have a powell and madrid deck that both did the same thing.

Recently the powell cracked and I think the madrid is warped.. I'm wonderin if it has anything to do with the sinking hardware. (I know the cracking did)

put washers under the hardware and it wont sink and dig into ur board, did that for my fibreflex pin and 1 of my homemade boards, works great

Just sucks havin bolts pokin at your feet..

But yeah, I might start doin that my self after ruining at least one board, mabey 2.
