ui say dont regrip unless it needs it.
and if so, a simple stipe without grip is alwasy a classic, and easy. or just clear grip, so you can see the loaded logo still.

Checkerboard pattern on the footpad areas with like 1" or 2" squares. That would be an amazing looking design.

You should do the checkerboard idea, I'm totally thinking about doing that with my Pintail once the grip on it wears down. Don't know if/how that'd affect the board's flex though.

Doesnt griptape move and peel off with more complex designs?
If you did do a checkerboard or American flag, wouldnt it look sloppy after a couple of months?
Maybe if the design was somewhere your feet weren't?

I find that happens when the pieces are really small that they peel or shift. I don't know how well a 2x2"ish square would hold up, but hey might as well try something like that. The worst that'll happen is in a few months you'll have to spend another $5-10 on tape...if you even went through a sheet cutting out the patterns the first time. I think it looks cool to have the pattern just where the feet are and then see the whole Loaded font and such in the middle of the deck still.

There was someone on here with a deck covered in little pieces of grip shaped like puzzle pieces. I thought that was pretty cool.
In the same line of thought you can cut out a bunch of like shapes and cover the deck with them. Something like little keys, atoimic bombs, shamrocks if you're irish, guns, knives, swords, animal sillouttes, bottles if you're a drinker, those naked chick with big boobs sillouttes you see on truck mudflaps, the possiblities are endless. You can even do a bunch of sperm if you're freeky and from Colorado.
