What would you do if police tried to confiscate your board?

Just an interesting question I was kicking around in my head. Would you be polite and refuse, rude and refuse or comply or something else?

I would keep in mind who had a badge and a gun...And if I was in Chicago--how many more cops
were nearby. They have massive beatdowns in that city that make Rodney King look like a whining
little sissy.

Hmm. That would definitely arouse suspicion. I can totally see some tool of a cop cutting open
your wheels to look for drugs over something like that.

i would get a name and badge number as well as a picture and written statement so i would have proof that it was confiscated and why and talk to a layer and see if they did anything illegal and sue if there was any thing done incorrectly.

It depends, if they caught my red-handed doing something that was obviously illegal, I'd have to hand it over as evidence.

If not, I'd tell em to f off.

In the states police tend to take boards? Your legal system is also a lot different, our police follow national regulations.
