Default Longboarding in the X-Games! Who's with me?

I think we should at least suggest to those dudes at the X-games to at least considder longboarding as a valid X-sport. we'll need some suppurt, though. i'm sure profesional shortboarders and slolamboarders would help in the cause. Marcus, this is where you step in for the sake of our sport.

They are... which is why the racer boys (and girls) are in Syracuse this weekend... last qualifier.

yeah, but if the rules stated that the board had to be 39 inches or more, I'd enter.

how about how many carves you can do in a given distance. The most wins.

that would defeat the purpose of adding that to the X-TREME Games. It's suppose to be "extreme" or otherwise we might as well add combat golf too.

They are supposed to have a longboard slalom at Kona next year with a minimum board length, not sure what it is off hand.
Downhill is definatley extreme.... they should have a wicked downhill run on that same street in San Francisco that the red bull street luge is on!
Then they could give trophy's for the knarliest wipeout!!!

Do you mean dueling with the golf clubs? I do that whenever I minigolf and half of the times it is my anger because of my poor skill.
