It looks relatively functional.
A wide platform up in the front for leverage, with a thin nose to prevent bite. While it slims down towards the back truck , and then a nice big kicktail.

Like a pintail, with a kick and some form of retardation.

To be honest, that looks like a smoother version of a Firns shape I saw a while back. And it really does look useless.

It might be alright, if the rider had insanely small feet, because big feet wouldn't stay on the board very good, not enough plateform area.. Does it have any con-cave??
