Re: post your latest purchase

Can't wait to ridem when my ankle feels better. I hear they're good for a free-ride wheel. Reasonably grippy cause of the 82a 'thane, good for s hitty pavement because of the diameter, and will slide alright because of the round lip.
Question: Do center-set wheels slide better than offset, or does it not matter?
Boards:
Rayne Timeline 2008 F2, Pink Randal RII 180s, 63mm 90a Tunnel Rocks
And a generic board, Independent trucks, Unknown hardness of 70mm softish wheels

Center sets are harder to break loose than offset, but slide easier and smoother when they break.

I'm just curious as to why zigs etc would be offset then.
The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.

Gravity Pro Full Fingered Slide gloves. My hands looked like ground hamburger after my last kiss to the pavement, thought I'd invest. Plus, sliding looks awesome, so now I have a way to try it out.

Last thing I got was a Longboard Larry Pusher with randall 180's and abec-11 flywheels 83mm 81a. And some speed lube right before that. I'll take a pic as soon as my camera battery charges.... it decided to die on me x.x....

I am waiting for my Comet Voodoo XL w/ no graphic to come in. Waiting is killing me. When I get it, and get back to Portland for school (hooray for spring break), my art major friend is going to do something schnazzy on it, we're both stoked to see how it turns out.
