i didnt get the evo because of how it goes to 9 inches in the back and i wear a size 16 shoe and my feet hang off that one to much.. and the dh race stays wide all the way to the tail..

But the DH race is 8.5 inches the across the whole board. That's smaller than the smallest part of the Evo's platform.

dude i wear a 16.5 shoe. Dont give me that crap. The DH race is skinner than the smallest part on the evo.

Whether you messed up the numbers or not, I think you'll be happy with the DHR. My friend has one and he seems to like it a lot. It's SUPER stable, as in nearly impossible to turn at low speeds. Who would go low speeds on it anyways?
nope, i dont like the evo or the dh race. They are both terrible board, imo

i got it because its 11 ply and i liked betetr than the evo
but its hard to find a board that works for me i dont like flex much and i am 6 foot 5 and 270

Because NO ONE that has ridden a DHR before would actually spend money on it. One of the guys I used to ride with had one, what is it used for now? A foot rest.
well i think he can buy and ride whatever he wants. if hes happy with it then great! if not, then thats a great excuse to get another board. dont put him down just because [I]you[I] dont agree with it.
