yeah I checked new posts right before I was going to go to sleep and his ad was the second post....that was something just too good to pass up. Especially considering how much time I've spent on Indy's over the years

What he's saying is that since its a fairly small piece, and it isn't a very wide piece, the pressure from pushing and pulling on it w/ your shoes may very likely cause it to come off. the same goes for intricate designs in griptape with a number of small pieces. it doesn't take much pressure for those small pieces to move/slide/fall off.
time will tell. not much you can do at this point to resolve it.

Re: post your latest purchase
The most recent item(s) that I have purchased were the 75mm 83a Lemon BigZig Retro wheels. They are great wheels and i highly recommend them to anyone who like cruising, carving, and downhill longboarding. The item that is next on my list of 'Things to Buy' is definately going to be a full faced helmet, b/c I want to get into speedboarding.
I skate because there's no Facespace, no Mybook, no Twatter, no eMail, no television, no commercials, no celebrities, no zillion dollar sports teams. No bulls--t whatsoever... It's just me, the pavement, one deck, two trucks, four bushings, four wheels, eight bearings, and some mounting hardware. My very own little race car, my own flight simulator, and it feels f--king great. ^^FlyKneeGrow^^

no real reason. just something i came up with as i was gripping it. my original idea was to have blue grip tape where you can see the pieces of wood(so it would be blue in between the bars etc..) but the piece that i made for it still had parts of wood showing and it didn't look that great. best way to imagine it wud be a piece of grip tape the size of the middle just with the bars cut out.
