I mean, it's the old story, find money on the ground, the right thing to do is to look for the owner, everyone knows you're going to pocket it anyway, but that's because it's not worth your effort trying to track down the mysterious person who dropped the bills. With a credit card however, it has their name on it, not difficult to look 'em up in a phone book and let them know you found it.
