A mosin huh? thats a fun gun. My friend bought a replacement stock for his and now it looks more like an black SKS.

A Finnish M91 to be exact. It's longer than the standard Russian M91/30, and has a heavier barrel, and the Finns typically kept their rifles in better condition. The bore is absolutely pristine, looks just as good as my R700 that's only been fired twice.

This is one trick ride!! For my 212lb, it's got just a nice little bounce that eats up the rough rode. This was sooooo worth the wait. (it's actually a bluish/green stain but the sun through the clear finish washes)

I played for like an hour. the 1st level is a snow-storm mission and the second is in the airport. fun as hell.

They've been assembled, bagged and pining away on the shelf. Now they're all happy.

I almost didn't put this together tonight cause original plans were derailed. Went with straight black minilogo cause I didn't want to cover red stripes. Otherwise I was gonna get geometrical on it. I was also a little concerned over whether the grip would stick to that textured finish. Not sure what it is. I'm thinking I'll need to put clear grip down the middle though. This deck was so clean. It's absolutely unique amongst the rest of the wood in the garage. Another issue was I had the 215 Danny Ways and Plasmas waiting for it. It wasn't drilled for Indy plates though. Luckily I had one more set of core plates so it's hybrid city. This is a unique (saying it again) deck. It was already dark and I only made a few easy runs up and down my street. I really like the width on both ends. It's actually light although it looks heavy and has a nice little flex with my 212ish butt. Yeah, this is gonna be fun and I'm glad I got it. Thanks Rich!
