my ultimate culinary mecca is santa fe. diners drive-ins and dives has featured sooo many restaurants out there that i need to try haha. gyros are delicious too!

dont even get me started on santa fe, though im not really fond of their take on mexican food almost every city in NM has their own view of it which it totaly cool

everyone i know who has visited NM, whether santa fe or somewhere else, the thing that brings the biggest smile and best memories is the food haha. i need ounce of green, a place to stay, and enough money and i'll eat my way through NM.

There was a Mexican restaurant where I grew up in Clovis NM. Instead of the typical, bottomless basket of tortilla chips, they kept baskets of warm sopapillas coming. It was the BEST!!

Oh man, I'd give up a favorite complete for a bonafide, home cooked pile of cheese enchiladas with a phat side of tamales.

that may be the greatest combonation of purchases of all time. not only are marshmellow fluff penutbutter sandwiches amazing, mangotang stimulus are yummy too
