Great evening session today guys... A great farewell run for Josh (except for the crazy bail)...I'm thinking that I need to start sliding, so if anyone wants to work on that this week, give me a holler!!!

Hey blockbuster...sorry we missed you. The greatest thing about the garage is that you can skate in the rain...you just start on the 7th floor instead of the 8th. Hopefully we can catch up with you guys some other time and we can shred.

yeah, we skated it after a big rain once, and there were patches of water on certain levels that were in the dark. made for some unpleasant surprises. haha.

Is there anybody out there ?

Is there anybody out there besides myself, shaun, bj, and jonny. I see all these posts on the thread but I see nobody else on a longboard. As the original posts states "We must create a scene, . . . recapture our culture." No more excuses, get on your board and skate. I wanna see some new faces out and about. You know who you are. It's all about the OG&E garage in downtown OKC, but Norman is full of spots as well. We skate as often as possible, so hit us up for a session.

I got the roarocket kit and some foam blueboard for the form. I should have some pics of progress to show you guys soon. Think mega-big slide board with gnar kick tails...

Yo Shaun, what trucks would you recommend for sliding? This deck is going to be a monster, about 12" wide and 40" long, with two 6" kick tails. Tracker?

Josh, for a 12 inch wide board, go with Tracker 219 mm. P.S. I can't get 'em right now, but I noticed that www.Tailtap.com has 'em for $21.95 each. I've ordered from them before with good results. Shaun.

I would PM Malaki of the NBS, he seems to post on that thread. It might be that in order for them to respond to your posts on their thread you gotta be on the inside otherwise they might just ignore your posts. Hopefully those guys aren't skate snobs. I am interested to see what this slide project brings to fruition. Peace
