It has been a while since the race. Incidentally as soon as I got back to Norman from the race, I got violently ill which was the most horrendous 2 days I have ever endured. I also cracked my rib on the day after Xmas. I out some 42 degree trucks on the Pressure drop and rolled about 10 feet and turned and got some sick wheel bite and got chucked off. I am sure I would have caught myself if I wasn't texting on my phone. How have you been lately?

I'd look into some slide wheels from Gravity or one of the slide board companies. I would hope they make 'em so they don't flat spot as easily. I would assume they are in the high 90 durameter. Just so they break loose more easily. The softer the wheel the less they slide.

The Hoffman park is the best park. Edmond's bowl is OK, but Hoffman is way better for bowl riding. The clover is awesome after you've ridden it for a while. It does take some getting used to. It's pretty mellow, but it wasn't designed for bikes at all. Hoffman had more to do with the larger bowl. The big bowl is lots of fun too. It just takes time to figure it out. You do have to go when there are fewer bikers around or it's a long wait between rides. It can get kinda dangerous too.

Don't forget the 50 Penn ditch when you come to OKC. It's under the overpass just east of 50 Penn Place mall. Most people park at the Olive Garden and walk over. It's a great place to slide too.

I went by the OG&E garage a few weeks ago around 2 on Sunday and didn't see anyone. Are you guys parking on the street or in the bottom of the garage? Are you there around 12:30? That would be the best time for me.

What's up fella's? Sorry I haven't been on the site in a while but I'm glad to see there are folks still talking about skating out there.

Good session today mr. McSmalls. I hope everyone else took advantage of the weather.

If anybody is up to it tomorrow and Wednesday evening I will be setting up cones and slalom skating at Lloyd noble. I'd be up for skating campus as well.

Hello all. I'm Kyle from Edmond. I just ordered my first board from Original Skateboards after riding on a few of my friend's boards. Just coming here to check out the local scene and learn good spots to carve.

i just bought some powell bombers 68mm 85a. they are awesome to learn on. they have just enough grip to cruise but they break loose when i want to slide.

my friend just got the lemon freerides on his board and they are SICK!!!! they have so much grip but they read your mind and slide whenever you want and hook up at the perfect time. but the freerides are like $20 more than the bombers
