I was hoping to see you at the Slap this year, still riding the RD 42, its a great board. I was hoping I could get another one from you if you were in ABQ for DS 09. Joe said you moved and didnt know where to get hold of you. Does the PD website still work? RD42's still available? Looking for a black one....

I finally got the Sector 9 Citycrusher set up that the Pressuredrop crew floated me a couple of years ago. I was looking for an Indy 101 to match the rear truck. Ace has a nice clone of Indy stage III's and Mile High Skates has a nice little hybrid Ace/Core truck you can buy individually, so I got one and some Biltin's. Threw it all together with some wedged risers, the 65mm/85a Sector 9's the PD crew gave me at the Arcadia race, and some old school Dead Bolt Traction Bolts. Now I gotta find some cones. A buddy told me where to find some cones at the thrift store, so I may be doing a little bit of slalom this summer. I put some Landyachtz Monster Hawgs on my PD-42 too. Check 'em out.

Anyone still check this thread? Just recently moved into the OKC area and i'm lookin for people to skate with, or at least some tips of good areas to skate. I've barely been on my board in the month i've been here and can't wait to cruise again. I got hassled by the bicycle cops downtown when i was just tryin to cruise around there.

There's a garage I ride on Sundays a lot. I'm about to go down there. It's downtown. Screw the bike cops. It's on 4th and Hudson. I can't remember the name of 4th in the downtown area. It's like Robert S. Kerr or Dean A. McGee. There's a Thai restaraunt immediately north of the garage and the OKC Museum of Art is southwest of the garage across Hudson. The elevators work and I haven't been hassled there on Sunday. There are reports of being hassled. I just haven't been bothered so far. I don't do a lot of cruising. I prefer to go to the skatepark, but I like hitting the garage on my longboard and my slalom. I just ordered a Sk8kings deck, so I wanna hook up a ride some cones whenever that's going down.

Hey long lost Oklahomies! Put Durango Downhill and Slalom Skate Jam on the calendar for September 12th and 13th. We are doing 4 slalom races and a best flat trick comp on Saturday and on Sunday we are doing 3 downhill races from the college and a longest slide and best slide trick prize. Come shred in the Rockies!

Hit up the garage for the first time in two months today. About 12 people there and had a blast. More and more new faces popping up on the scene. Good to see.

I was riding my Dervish there today and it was way more crowded than usual. I was the really tall guy with the hat.

Yeah from New Orleans, right? Was pretty crowded, I've really only been there when there is only 3 or 4 at most. Though I welcome others, just more obstacles for me to maneuver through. Nice set-up btw and good to meet you.

Im guessing thats the best Garage in Oklahoma seeing that its Vacant, 8 stories high, and the Vators work!
