Oh yeah, lots of good spots to board there. You ever go downtown OKC. We hit the garages on the weekends.

The race... If you dont have your own health insurance you can not enter the race. It states this in the entry form. This should eliminate alot of people who had thought about entering.

My question is: When is the next Oklahoma event?

That is a good question. hmm... There have been a few talks of having a poker run around OU's campus? Also maybe a late night garage race? Maybe we can talk some of the marathon organizers into adding a longboard division...have some LDP races?

I will not attend a race that is not covered by an insurance package provided by the race coordinators, yet requires you to have your own insurance. Either make it an outlaw or make the permits and insurance your number one priority. A waiver I would assume should cover the basic's to excuse the liability of the race organizers if someone were to get hurt. I don't want to go to a race that is exclusive, races I go to are inclusive to whomever wants to give it a try.

We are working on the insurance inssue right now. i have a meeting down at city hall tomorrow and hopefully i will get an answer. as to why we are not providing insureance..... the costs of doing that would be astronomical out here and we are trying to keep costs as low as possible. please bear with us and I will get back to yall as soon as i know if we can waive the insureance requirement.

When do you get into town? There are several garage's and hills in the area!

I'll be back Saturday night. Staying until Sept 17th before I fly back to LA.
I'll also be up and around Norman area visiting college buddies before school kicks in, but other than that I live in Edmond
