Any Longboarders in Springfield, MO

My buddy has a lake house in shell knob so i'm up in the area a couple times a year... i've never skated up there tho

Yeah I live in Springfield and know quite a few longboardersfor this area.

i go up there alot where are some good spots to longboard? i ussually do it in the parking garages by the baseball stadium

Well in that area is also the baseball stadium parking lot. The Jordan Vally park has a couple of spots then there is also a small trail from it that leads behind the ice rink from the park that is fun. It also leads out by another garage, but it isn't a great one.

There's a lot of sweet hills outside of city limits where there are some steep hills with little traffic.

Skate Louis Day will be on Sunday August 31, 2008 around noon at Babler State Park in Wildwood, MO just outside St. Louis. This will be a day of street luging, speedboarding, sliding, g-bikes, grilling, camping, and much more.
