yeah there is one that is a sweeping lef hander that you can take a right off of if you want and then on the back side is where the big one is. there is a castle next to the the one that my brother and i rode.

I think you would have to be at the top of your game...lots of traffic, no guardrails, just jagged rocks that line th roadway.

    If you go, be careful

So besides all of that the road is decent enough to bomb down.

I actually moved away from Tulsa one year ago this week. There used to be a huge group of downhillers around there! Oklahoma has some of the sickest hills in the country if you know where to look. I will be holding a big Memorial Day fun run out that way, where there are hills good for 80mph on luge and 65mph on stand-up. I also know of a 60mph hill (on streetluge) in Tulsa.

Here's a link to coverage of a world cup race we held in Oklahoma a few years back.

And a link to an article about OK downhilling.

    Yo Jay -

And anybody else from Oklahoma, the Okie Longboarding thread at the top of the Great Plains forum that is labeled Sticky is our main source of communication for sessions and events around the Metro area. So keep checking on this thread and post when you want or can skate and that way we can all hopefully get some decent sessions going for this spring and summer. There were two events last October (one that Pressure Drop Longboards sponsored). More may be in store. Peace.
