My 42º plates were wedged up to 45º on my topmount and I loved it.

I will buy a set eventually. My 42ºs migrated to a new home and the topmount is feeling a little lonely...

The Edge... There is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over.
The others- the living- are those who pushed their luck as far as they felt they could handle it, and then pulled back, or slowed down..bowed down. But the edge is still out there.

Socal has 9.5 inch trucks, and we should have 46* 10" soon. If you call when I'm working I could put the 9.5" on the 46* and send em to you.

9.5 in hanger with a 46 degree base would be sweet.

All arrogance aside, you've got a lot of options. Best would be to head over to performancelongboarding.com for spacer sizes .400" to .406", and head to this url, http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-Skateboard-Longboard-bearing-spacers-Precision-High-Quality-Made-in-USA-/121107473204?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c3291 6334 , for .408" spacers. These were what I used to make fintastics -- reliable around .408"-.409".

They do shorten the wheelbase a bit more than randals (.25-.5in further in for each truck) and will be slightly lower, but I doubt more than .25in lower.
