downhill scene in japan?

does anyone know how the dh scene in japan is? this summer im going to my grandparents house in zama, Kanagawa. Im wondering is there any good skate shops around the Yokohama/Hakone/Tokyo area that carries longboards?

They only have small carving and cruising runs on their map...
But who needs a map to find a spot in Japan ????
