Re: Official Loaded Dervish Setup Database v2.0
Flex (1or2):1
Trucks:r2 randal 180's
Bushings (make, model, color/duro):white doh doh's...unknow duro...stiff though
Risers (lowerers'):
Wheels (make, model, size, duro):kryptonics hawaii k's 70mm, 82a duro
Bearings:reds
Riding Style (cruising, carving, downhill eek!):cruising, carving...anything else I can learn
Riding Terrain (park, street, garage):street
Other wheels used:sector 9 nine ball 76mm
Miscellaneous:tried a friends, will have mine tomorrow, will update setup if it changes...I have two sets of wheels to use initially....but I've always had a soft spot for the hawaiians, will probably stick with em for a bit. been using the randals for about five years now on other boards, eager to see how they are on the dervish without having to worry about wheel bite.

ummm....yeah, the doh doh's get to go. waaayyyyy to stiff for this board. ordered a bunch of different duro bushings to sort it out and find the sweetspot. also, swapped the blue hawaiians out for 76mm sector 9 nine balls just to see if I like em more...or not. Just got back from my second ride tonight, freakin pulled a groin. Not feeling so good right now. getting old sucks.

White doh doh's are 98a.
The only times I use them is for flatland freestyle - when I don't want any lean.
I usually consider them even to stiff for that though.
Put in some soft bushings and go carve!

Re: Official Loaded Dervish Setup Database v2.0
Hey guys, I just bought a Flex 2 Dervish from a guy, and got a killer deal on them. Only problem is I'm 182 lbs. Will this still work for me? It's brand new, but all they had was a flex2. am I going to break this board if I use the flex 2 with like paris 180 trucks?

I'm about 190 and I like the feel of a Flex2 and it doesn't break under me. Just don't stand in the middle and jump and you'll be fine.
Ask me about my Holesom.

i guarantee you that the board wont break bro. It may be flexy but bamboo is extremely strong. Just use it to your advantage when carving

enjoy it bud.. and to be honest, you're probably going to lose weight while longboarding so.... the board will ultimately get less flexy for you.
