Ehh, chances are there's another topic on this somewhere. All I can tell you is what I know from reading up on it myself.

    You have two basic options:
    1) Get several (like three or four, depending on your weight) plies of baltic birch ply, slap 'em together in a press with kicktail using Titebond III, and there you go.

    2) Go old school and fashion a wedge of wood to glue on the back as a tail.

It's also not recommended that you try to steam bend (?) plywood, as it could weaken the glue (can't have that, can we?). That's if it's not marine ply. Having never personally tried this, take it with a grain of salt.

    Good luck!

Because I have never seen a man can stand slide smoothly in slowly speed without Orangatang.

You have provided an insufficient amount of information to answer your question. Specifically, How did you make your board? Toothless/Dimm/ghetto weight/vacuum press? The obvious answer is to add an angle to each end of your manufacturing process but if that isn't immediately clear I'd assume you're using an approach that doesn't allow for that, or that you'd not thought in that direction... regardless, more info please.

A made it by putting weight in the center of the board to give it a bit of flex. Would it be best to make a wood press?
