    Default Is it worth fixing?

My friends cruisers (home made) bottom ply delamed becuase it was built for some one who weighed much less than he does. my 130 vs his 180. It sagged for a few days and then about 1/2 off the bottom ply delamed. Is it posible to re-glue the bottom ply and then add a few more plys or 1/8 in BB?
