thanks for the kind words. Yes it was was router accident.. got my right finger and somehow hit me fingers on my left hand trying to knock the router away.

barrel miller goes to the top of my scary power tool list....

used where I did part of my electrical apprenticeship...used to "help" make aluminum ocean-going catamarans....miller head spins at 11,500 rpm and the guys took the shields off to allow getting tighter cuts.....so many injuries....

when i was 6 i had to get a bandaid for someone, so i couldnt find any so i tried to get a bit of bandage. but i couldnt cut it with scissors so i grabbed a big knife, and i tried to cut it but slipped and sliced through my finger with a carving knife,. still got a funny scar 9 years later, mine maybe was as deep but only one curvy line cause it was a knife.

I'm betting board builder is pretty high up there on the list of most dangerous professions..
