Default Son of the Trashmanian Devil

Recently I had to come up with something for a class to make that was environmentally friendly, and I remembered a certain someone talking about how he had one time made a skateboard out of trash.

1+1(and a few other numbers)= my new baby.

    one of my new favorites!

+1 for using cardboard. i think it is a material with great potential as a core material. It is much more affordable than fancy foams too.

Wow, not a critique at all but it reminds me of a classic snowshoe... very artisan made and quality look to it. Scary to imagine the flex and stress on the truck mounting points but I can't wait to hear how it rides.

    Beautiful craftsmanship!

Looks sharp. Would love to know more details of the layup. Is that opaque stuff wood or paper material?

I believe arcane made a board like this before. in his board he cut corrugated cardboard, into strips (the width of the strips being the intended thickness of the board). then putting then all on their side and next to each other to create a sudo honeycomb structure.

Sweet build btw. I'm Looking forward to seeing how it holds up.

    you know it .

and yeah it was brian not arcane. The board is cardboard, glass and birch. Im busy with classes right now, but ill have it mounted up and riding this weekend. Might even have a special guest and grand papa to the board riding it too! Thanks for all the feedback, ill let you guys know how it stands up to on a few tests, im a bit heavy and my roommate is a bit light so ill be able to get a nice little view of how it goes.

If that had a small kick and maybe a pinch of concave, I would do disgusting things to shred it.

Wow, that is amazing on levels I don't quite know how to express man. I, and others I'm sure, demand to know how it rides. Get riding and lets hear it!
