Default Graphic Image - Need some advice

First piece of advice, obviously, nose guard. Yeah thanks, hindsight's 20/20. But aside from that i don't think i was going fast enough to cause this kinda damage. Especially the ply's peeling like that. Using a roarockit tap bag, 1/16th maple and tightbond 3. More glue? maybe switch to epoxy? add glass? and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    thanx

    My Advice:

Get some 1 hour epoxy and clamps.

Spread the plies enough to get a good amount of epoxy down in them. I mean, soak it like a golden shower film. Once you get epoxy down ALL the spread plies, clamp it and wipe off the excess epoxy that oozed out.

The parts on the top and bottom that are broken and peeled up, it's the same thing.

This board came out GREAT and it was de-lammed all around the edges.

did you spread the titebond really thick and spread it with something flat so it was even?

I spread the glue with a foam roller, and if i use much more it takes too long in the bag to dry and sometimes gets small warps. Thanks for the suggestions though. I was just wondering whether anyone else had suffered serious delams like this from minor accidents, using maple and titebond 3. And whether switching to epoxy or changing my pressing process would help.

use lots of glue, use more pressure, and let it cure in the bag for at least two days. keep checking on it frequently for leaks, and always make sure its got good pressure.
