    To answer some questions.

Yes its fairly stiff now with triaxl top and bottom. I did make a board of similar size & thickness without cloth and it is very flexy, I'm too scared to put my weight on it, but is perfect for my 10year old son.
This board, though, will easily take my 85kg weight - with a tiny amount of flex. That triaxl really makes a difference. Finished thickness is about 10mm (about 3/8" i think).

Wheels. Don't know?? Physco I think. They were a cheap wheel & truck set from eBay 7" wide 70mm & 78a. I kind of wished I got 6" trucks & slightly smaller wheels. I think it looks a bit out of proportion.

Nice pickup Peter. Yes I did base my design on a Sector9 board. But it was based on the cosmic series "Greenroom", however things changed a little as I got into it.

With this build I wanted to experiment with a few new techniques.

I pressed and glassed the 2x plys and the bottom layer of triaxl, with plastic & then a scrap of ply to distribute the load. (In hindsight I think I would have had better results just glassing afterwards instead of during).
After it is dry took it out and glassed the top - again I used plastic and squeegeed over it to get the glass smooth.
Then when dry glassed the patterned cloth onto bottom
Then as an afterthought I put the rice paper logo on top (next time I will do this at the time of glassing).

All the techniques I used I have found tutorials or tips here on this forum. Keep searching & keep reading, and give it a go. You learn heaps just by doing.

Here's some pics of the press & build.
