short answer. No

Long answer. No, the Evo is positively wedged at one end, negatively wedged at the other, a skateboard is positively wedged at both ends. Evo looks like this /----/ a shortboard looks like this \----/

Kind of, I don't know of any skateboard decks that would have the kind of angle that the Evo provides. At most you can still have a nice little dropdeck. But it wouldn't have the same effect on the truck's geometry that an Evo does.

Basically, search 'schlongboard'. I'm sure you could cut it out to make it LOOK like and Evo, but you should try your own designs.
