Has anyone puchased a Do it Your Self Board from Soulboards.com??

I just bought the waima board, and didnt know if anyone has puchased one of these setups and what their thoughts were. Any input will help.

a while ago i purchased a board from soul...it was the worst headach ever. I got the board and it seemed fine but i then realized with help from some people on SF that it had knock off randal trucks on it. So i emailed them but their email didnt work so after calling a buch of times i was able to get ahold of somebody and i had to go through the hassel of returning the trucks and he in turn sent me some paris trucks. All in all it ended up being a super good deal for me but it was such a hassel. The trucks look ok...you will eventually up grade. the wheels will be all right. It'll end up being a good beginner board but you will soon want to up grade. hope that helps. And make sure you keep your "Recipt"

I like their shapes, and their prices are cheap, I can't judge the quality though.
I would expect to have to replace everything on it after a while. the trucks are knockoffs, cheap wheels, cheap bearings, and it says birch laminate... not baltic birch... it may be baltic, but it doesn't specify. I'd be wary. But for the price, I could see it being worth a try. let us know how it goes.
