so i found a real gem in a thrift store a while back a maherahja waterski a bit of a collector's item actually (if it didn't have a few dings in it it would sell for about 100 on ebay.) anyways its sweet looking and is gonna be sweeter when i strip the epoxy off it sand it and refinish it properly, but alas i do not have the means to do this at school and untill i go back for christmas it stays as is. 64 inches long 38 inch wheelbase 8 inch originals (get these if you havn't already) luck 5's and gumballs (my new favorite). the ride is sick. perfect flex perfect handling loose, but kept in check by wide trucks and long wheelbase. and it looks sexy as hell. i drilled the front trucks just a little into the curve of the nose so it is almost lowered where i put my foot. and flipped the fin around so it sticks up outta the board like a shark fin and i replaced the 3/4" stock original risers with 1/8" soft ones cut to fin that wierd little metal thing. this is key. the ski is narrow enough to avoid bite with no risers and it isn't supper high (my main complaint of originals). anyways no pics till i refinish it and get my dads camera from home, but its my new favorite ride.
