kicktail
im makin a mini for my rollerskate trucks i scored at a thrift store, and i wanted a little kick on the tail i was gonna just put a wedge on it but ran into touble with the miter saw so i ended up just cutting the tail and glueing it back on at an angle so the tail is a sepperate piece held on with titebond 2 is that gonna be strong enough? should it be rienforced in any way? im not gonna ollie it really but who knows i may. thanks

I dunno how strong that'll be..
next time, make the board flat and add a little wedge to the end, sort of like a faux kicktail...

I doubt it'll be strong enough, unless you don't use the tail much.
I would say try to reinforce it, maybe with fiberglass or carbon fiber
or something.
Let us know what happens.

the glue is all dry today and i put alot of pressure on it just with my hnds it seemed steady enough to kickturn im prolly not gonna ollie it but i put another "layer" of glue around the joint that should make it a little more safe. perhaps a put some metal or something around the joint under the grip.

The flat with wedge is the way to go if you don't want to h-lam. I'm building another wedge style now.
Whatever

i know this doesnt constitute real skating but if it makes a difference all the glue is dry and i can put my wieght on it and rock it back and forth from tail to board when its lying on the ground so that leads me to believe it can withstand a kick turn or two

Well...
Well, mine lasted through that.
Just don't ollie the hump on a snake run.
That loosened it, and my little brother ollied flatland and ker-snappo!
Whatever

here is the proper way to do a very sleek kicktail without really bending your wood to extremes. It still requires a press and veneers to pull off, and would not be easy but it has oldskool street credit.
