ok heres my first attempt at a deck with camber concave and kick.


still goto glass it......

i think its looking pretty good for a first go.

2 layers of 5 ply 4mm fijian kauri laminated together with west system epoxy resin.

the shape you see isnt the final shape as ill have to do some cutouts because its also going to be a drop though deck.

yeah itl have glass top and bottom and extra layers around the drop through.
and maybe an alum plate at the base of the drop (i havent decided yet).

infact the first layer of uni- directional is cureing as i type in my custom made back seat of car backing oven.

ive made it thin to begin with so i can add layers of glass and get the exact flex that i want.

im gona be damn pleased if it all works out. as im getting pretty technical wanting drop through/camber/concave/kick all in a short wheelbase (26 inches)
