Not a board building related thread (well sorta)

Anyways its 2:30 in the morning, and i just finished uploading all my crap for my website, its no where near done yet (but it never will be, as that means i have either stopped updateing it or im dead lol).

But im going to bed so good night

but to make it board building realted i have put on quite a few coats of clear on the 50"er already, and will wetsand it a bit tomorrow as its drying right now. So hopefully then end of this week it will be done.

love the site dude, but...I REALLY HATE FLASH INTROS.. other then that, TOP DRAWER. I see you're going with the "Not crappy" style of design..

I considered that... but I moved on the the "ecletic brutalism" design! Lol.

depending on the intro i usally dont mind them, that was just something i threw together goofing around one day, idealy i would love to make the site purely dynamic flash based, but thats where the skill vs what i can do comes into play

as for eclectic brutalism is there any other way to go

flash is ruining the internet. Its balls man. (unless its amazingly well done) You can't link to anything to show people, you can't copy/paste info. Its just a pain dude.. but I like your site so far, looks way better then most custom-builder sites.

that is the one thing i hate about it, but that being said theres lots of things that i could do with it that would be so cool, but still dont expect any flash based site from me for a very very long time

Agreed, I just dont think its practical for a site where you're trying to make things simple and easy for a prospective customer.

true, but im not trying to sell anything at the moment but after i went through htat into a couple times today, yah im gonna kill it, but i will still have an intro page just casue it means that then i dont have to go around changing all my code, so ill just throw up some picture and leave it at that

you wernt, plus as said the flash intro was just temeroary as i wanted to do other stuff and it was just something i did the one day

side note for the 50"er i ****ed up one of the coats of clear on the top so now i have a soft layer covered by some harder ones (great

) so ill be sanding it down today, it will actually turn out better in the end well aslong as i dont burn through the veneer but damn, it if i was using post catailized polyurethane this wouldnt have happend
