how many ounces of epoxy would i need for a 47"x7"-9" pintail cutout?
is epoxy a good choice for a felxy board?

You forgot to mention what type of wood you are using, and how many plies will be glued together.
If it's just an all wood board, don't waste your money on epoxy, and just use tb3. It doesn't matter how much flex the board has, it isn't going to weaken the glue joint.

uh, i dont know,2 sheets of 1/4" 5 ply
yes its an all wood plywood board. unless u can tell me where to get anyhting else...
and, where can i get TB3? and wat is TB3?

birch, what you probably have, is good. tb3 stands for titebond 3, a type of woodglue.

Definitely do not waste money for epoxy on a deck that only has two 1/4 pieces. There are many many answers to this. Just get glue. Titebond 3 is good woodglue that you can buy at almost any hardware store.

how much flex would a 30 inch board have with 2 1/4 boards glued with tb3 in a vac. press, as much as a vanguard?
