Default A few of my decks

I've been making decks on and off for a few years now. All my decks so far have been 9-11 ply Baltic birch. At the moment I'm building up my wood shop to start working on solid hardwood boards and building a press to press my own decks, kick, concave/vex, and all. Here are a few of the decks I've created so far.

Very nice ! Sooner or later I hope to get building my own also. Just wondering, what amount of flex would you say you get out of the 9ply baltic birch ? I want to build slalom boards, and being an old dude, I'm kinda used to the "Fibreflex" feel. Thnx !

I love the flex I get from 9 ply. I'm 6'4 and when I started making decks I weighed about 190. Back then at that weight I could literally stand and bounce on the boards. They would touch the ground, bottom out and spring right back up. While riding, they felt incredibly responsive. I've bulked up a little since then and now weigh 235 so the whole bouncing on boards thing is a bad idea.
That's one of the reasons I'm looking into v-lam hardwoods, a little more sturdy.

Thanks for the awesome compliments everyone.
The specs are about the same for all of them 1/2" 9-11 ply b.b. 38 x 8.5. The blue and white stripe deck is a shorter mini at 31 x 8.5. The brown and white stripe was a shape design I was messing around with - another mini.
Toki, I do all the paint and stain. Thats one of my favorite parts about making them.

Here are a few more pics
